1. GPA Requirements 2.0 GPA
2. North Oaks Drug Testing Form
3. Current Physical
4. Athletic Fee $25 ($10.00 each additional sport)
Additional Information
A student may not compete in 7th or 8th grade athletics if he/she has reached his/her 15th birthday prior to September 1st.
If a student has failed the previous year, he/she will be ineligible for the first six weeks of the following year.
